Swift fix for non-draining dishwasher

Zaheer arrived promptly - on a Sunday - and diagnosed and fixed my dishwasher which wasn’t draining. He took the time to show me what had been wrong and how to avoid similar problems in the future, for which I’m grateful! Very well priced, tidy worker, and a lovely guy too. Highly recommend.

Dishwasher grinding noise in the last 20 minutes of the cycle

Zaheer advised that this sound will not cause any problems in the future. He was kind enough to stay for 40 minutes to check the sound ensuring that there are no causes for this sound.

Washing machine wasn’t draining

The best dressed and most polite engineer I have ever met, came within 30mins of my phone call. Knew what the problem was, repaired it quickly and tidied up around him. Gave us a quick lesson on washing machine maintenance and care, also advised on how to take care of the rest of the pipes for sinks / dishwasher etc. Went above and beyond of what we expected. Thank you Zaheer, hopefully we don’t have to call you out soon, but if I need any repairs done for any of my home appliances, you will be the first I call.

To diagnose the grinding sound coming from the dishwasher during the drying cycle

Zaheer explained that the sound is from the drying fan and it’s not mandatory to repair stopping this sound and not stopping this sound will not cause any problems in the future. He was kind enough to wait for 40 minutes to hear the sound himself to provide the above diagnosis.
