    Alpha were accurate with their timing. The young lady who the appointment was booked with was very courteous. Dan the gentleman who repaired the machine explained in detail the problem and very quickly fixed it. We required a new part. There was no mess especially as fitted under the worktop so not an easy access. Should we ever need assistance again we will most definitely call this company. Especially as they also deal with many other household items. There is no doubt we would highly recommend them.

    New replacement timer fitted. The supplier of the part had not given information on the fact that the button functions had altered from the original. Resolved by finding information on the internet and letting Alpha Appliances know for future reference.

    I was very impressed with the whole experience. I booked repair yesterday. I was kept very well updated by introductory company NAC and the designated repair company Alpha Appliances Ltd. I was allocated a 2hr slot this morning with Dan from Alpha Alliances getting text update that he would be arriving shortly within the time slot. Dan arrived with appropriate spares and very quickly completed repair. Excellent service.
