Quality products, quality company.
Excellent communication from Ryan once he completed the quote. Mike turned up early by agreement and shit through the install. I was shown how everything worked, warranty explained and a clear concise bill was sent by email. The company has great standards and delivers as promised. Great service provided. CCTV works great.
Ryan and his team delivered a great, friendly, quick and timely service. The camera set up was installed quickly, the cables were managed well and a quick presentation was carried out to explain how the system works. Excellent service
I emailed the company, I received a phone call from Alpha within 30 minutes, all information was given to me and I booked a fitting a week later. I received a phone call an hour before Mike arrived. After a quick discussion the system was fitted. Mike assisted with downloading the App and then showed us how to work it.
