Don't trust this company
Shoddy work on creating a gateway and step in a wall. Left unfinished and refuse to come back and sort. Also agreed a price, started the work and then added VAT on the final bill. new drive
the drainage has failed on our drive, it was not connected properly and a blocked drain was attended by the other company who informed me that the drive will require lifting and the drains repaired, this has left us with no bathroom or kitchen to use as the water is undermining the foundations of our house, the supplier is disputing this and is reluctant to attend to review/ammend, if i contact another tradesman to rectify am i covered by the checkatrade guaranty? this a matter of urgency, the job was done we 13 apr 24Verified reviewerJob location: DN910 Block Paving

Replace concrete drive with block paving
From receiving the first verbal quote to completion John kept us informed about what was happening. They arrived on time all the workman were pleasant and polite and did their best to please. Garden Landscaping
John and the team did a cracking job, converted our garden from a complete mess to a beautifully tiled area. He provided me with a very prompt and reasonable quote initially, and within a few weeks started with the job. The Alpha team were prompt and respectful, working some long hours to get the job done. We made a few changes from the original plan and they were perfectly accommodating. They even threw in some custom designs for the blocksets free of charge due to some material shortages with their supplier!
