He turned up at 9.55 am for a 9:00 am booking, with no apology, no call, no explanation. This was awkward and stressful as working from home and had to miss Skype team meeting at 10.

Paul managed to fit me in at short notice, which was a huge help given we were under time pressure due to selling the property. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and professional and completed the job in a timely manor. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Alpha gas again in the future.

Alpha Gas installed our boiler in 2016 and have serviced it every year since then. They have provided a friendly, efficient and reliable service.

Arrived on time, very polite and cheerful person, he carried out the work (both boiler annual service and a diagnose about a strange pump triggering issue). Although not found any issue with the pump, he took his time to explain what might be the issue and shared some tips and tricks about my boiler. I'm very happy with his service. Definitely recommended.
