After a complete disaster with a local loft conversion company, I was left with a half-finished loft, abandoned by the sub-contracted builders who had gone on other jobs, and the work done was so bad, that needed to be redone. I don't have enough space to write everything but it was an absolute disaster! The stress and cost were unbelievable. I had new quotes, but no one was helpful, all saying that it was too much of a mess. Then I was recommended to Pat. He and his guys were a godsend! They finished our loft within weeks and never let us down. I wish we'd found him from the start 10/10!

Pat and his team built a single storey kitchen extension for me and fitted a new kitchen and did all the tiling and decorating and did an amazing job and listened to what we wanted and communicated really well with us from start to finish and was extremely meticulous and clean. I will definitely be using him again in the future for other jobs and honestly couldn't recommend him enough, a real God send.

My Home needed renovating and after contacting a number of building companies to give me a Quote on the work I chose Alpha group Building and I did the right thing there..From the moment I met Mr Sgarbini you felt this was a man you can trust..he surveyed my home measured up everywhere explained what and how the work would go and progress if I decided to accept his quote which once I had a start date was agreed and the process started..any problems that came to light during the renovation were immediately pointed out and options given to solve them this is a builder I would happily recommend.

The job that was asked to do was done really well. The communication with Pat was good, he was available quickly and efficiently as at times certain decisions had to be made and he was very helpful. We could see from early that the work would be of a high standard so when we saw the finished room we were very happy. The transformation is brilliant! We can not wait to use the room. Pat was flexible and accommodating with certain changes that had to be made.

Pat has done an excellent job transforming a purple recording studio into a lovely calm yoga studio. He pulled down partition walls and made the space into one big room. He has very high standards and communicates at every stage, is friendly and considerate. I would recommend him and will welcome him back for future projects.

Hired Pat for another Job to complete paving in my back garden! Again great workmanship/ quality work, work completed very efficiently. I was away for two weeks whilst the work was being carried out, Pat sent over regular updates and pictures! Would deffo recommend and would hire again!
