Boarding and Skimming of Whole House

Ceiling boarded and full room plastered
I had Harvey and his lads come in and overboard the ceiling as he recommended this is the better option as the original ceiling was cracked. He gave us the option of scrim taping the cracks and reskimming the ceiling but explained how the overboarding would be the better option. Board top of celler stairs and skimmed.
Nice guys, turned up when they said. Even though it was only a small job there was two of them. If you have ever had a plastering job done before you will know what a mess it leaves. But there was no mess my wife said they were last seen backing out of the hall way on there knees cleaning the floor as they were leaving.
