Recently found out the new boiler was not registered after I got its first years service. Crossed wires and lack of communication regarding the registration of the boiler. Message was not in any way offensive, just stating that I was at work. Which company had been informed of my working hours which resulted in my frustration and lashing out

We've had two previous plumbers try to resolve the issue with two radiators never getting heat. Mathew was confident that he could resolve the underlying issue. One visit and the system has been successfully flushed. A lot more black came out of the system, and the offending radiators are now hot for the first time since we bought the house. Amazing job! I will be booking Alpha for any jobs going forward!

They responded promptly, arrived exactly when they said they would, and worked efficiently. They were friendly throughout, replaced our taps, and fixed a leak with no fuss. Excellent service — I’d happily recommend them and would use them again in the future.
