  Clearing blocked drain from wc

  1st class service. Polite, friendly and honest both on the phone and in person . Gave accurate time of arrival including tracking of engineer en route. Glen the engineer was knowledgeable of the best ways to sort the problem and was sorted within an hour even. Totally recommended.

  smelly drains unblocked

  Alpha rod sent someone in two days of my call. the lady on the phone was professional and gave me clear pricing for the call out. a man called Gordy turned up to investigate a terrible smell in my utility room. He listened to my concerns and was a very lively, helpful and friendly person. Gordy found the problem quickly, it was a blocked drain and he cleared it. I'm very happy with this service and would recommend to family and friends.

  Drain unblocking

  The company were really easy to communicate with. Great time keeping. The engineer was brilliant. Really experienced. Cleared the drain and also inspected the rest of our drain system to the edge of our boundary. He also gave really good advice to help prevent future blockage. Many thanks.

  Blocked sink and drain

  Really brilliant! The problem was quickly identified even though it wasn’t immediately obvious and a bit more challenging than I’d initially imagined. Glen from Alpha Road worked hard to solve the issue, explaining everything clearly as he went along, and in no time at all, my sink and drain were unblocked. He left everything immaculate and was friendly and professional.

  Replace eroded concrete manhole cover.

  Alex was great came to replace our manhole cover and also found our drains completely blocked so also quoted and was able to unblock on the day as well as replace the cover and bond with concrete . Also cleaned everything up and took away the rubbish. Would 100% use them again.

  Replacement of damaged gully and inspection chamber

  The company inspected the damaged drains for a quotation the same day they were contacted. A formal, clear and reasonable quotation was provided soon after the on-site visit. The repair work of the two damaged drains were completed by a two-man team in a day, which included excavations and replacement of a damaged gully and inspection chamber. The two-man team that repaired the drains were courteous, professional and explained clearly the work they were completing. After completion of work, the area was left in a tidy state. I would definitely use them again for any future drainage issues.
