I can’t recommend Rory highly enough. From the very first contact, he was friendly, professional and reliable. He turned up exactly when he said he would, explained everything clearly, and carried out the work to an exceptionally high standard. initially I needed gutter replacing but upon inspection some ridge tiles had come loose. Team advised me on best way to fix problem which I accepted. Leak appeared in our ceiling...
Called Alpha Same Day Roofing in a panic after a leak appeared in our ceiling....they were on site within 3 hours and had it watertight by the afternoon. Two slipped tiles and some failed flashing around the chimney. The team were polite, tidy and explained exactly what they were doing. Fixed price quoted on the phone, same price at the end....no surprises. Honestly the kind of emergency service you wish every job was done by. Will definitely use again.
