Rory and the rest of the team - special thanks to George - really know what they are doing and worked in a considerate manner while doing a great job. Not as cheap as some of the other quotes we got, it paid off when they're experience showed when the job got more complicated, and due to having a larger team, Rory could allocate more guys to the job making sure it was still done in the allocated time frame. While not "upselling" on the job, they identified an issue in an other area which they quickly resolved and while it added to the cost, it is reassuring to know the jobs done right

Quality roof replacement at my property by Alpha SG in July 2025 with excellent customer care from Rory. My roof inspection was carried out with diligence with identified problems pointed out. Scope of work was clearly explained. I am happy with the replacement roof . Thanks Rory.

We had water appearing in the kitchen ceiling. We got three quotes and chose Alpha because they appeared more knowledgable about the cause of the leak. - primarily due to poor condition of the primal felt which was over 100 years old. The house was empty when they came to start the job, Rory, the man in charge of the job, continually kept me informed all through accompanied with photos. I have a Ring camera and was able to see some of the work being carried out. The crew always arrived on time and were very polite to neighbours and passers by in responding to questions or requests. Gave quote, which I was happy with. Came with his team. Showed pictures before and after. They also noticed issues with my next door neighbour. Had a word with them show the pictures and was happy to have the work done. Have had no more leaks. They were prompt. Cleared up everything. Really pleased
