Exceptional service from initial contact to finish. I required a detailed survey of a timber structure that had suffered extensive water damage over time. Mark called me to explain how thorough the inspection would be, (I had lots of questions) which gave me real confidence. On the day, the surveyor, Miraj, personally called me to go over some specific requests I had, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Alpine Surveys are a truly brilliant firm with outstanding service. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I have a had a very negative service from this company I contacted the company in January 2025 for a survey and planning application Was told in February that the application will be submitted before he leaves the company in February - this did not happen After many emails - someone finally submitted the wrong application in April After I complained - He returned to the company on a consultancy basis. He submitted an application with 'insufficient information' which was rejected They will not help me with an appeal

A detailed inspection was undertaken of old oak beams supporting a flat roof to assess their structural integrity. A careful and thoughtful inspection was undertaken and reassurance given that the moisture content in the beams was satisfactory and the small deflections in the beams was acceptable and no additional support or other remedial action was required. An excellent service was provided quickly by a fully qualified structural engineer who clearly understood old buildings and a helpful report provided on time and in good detail.

I contacted Alpine Surveys on Tuesday, had Amin come to do the damp survey on Wednesday and the report on Friday. Impeccable speed, lovely people and great communication. Couldn't recommend more. 5*!!
