First class service
We recently had a full solar installation including battery carried out by Alps Electrical. We compared various local and national companies and based on reviews, and after speaking to Andy and Isabella (the owners) we decided to go with them. The extended warranty they offer also played its part. From the site visit to installation Alps kept us fully updated about timelines. Andy himself did the site visit and listened to what we wanted and came up with a plan that suited us. Solar and Battery installation
Great company to deal with, was kept up to date with times and the different point in the process. Installed a full battery and solar system in 1 day and it was a really neat installation. All the documentation was sent within a few days and presented in a binded document which is really helpful to keep it all in the same place. The employees that carried out the work were courteous and kept me updated through the install and showed me how to use the app for the system. Alps - Outstanding Service
We have just had 18 solar panels and a large battery installed at our four bedroom detached property. The entire experience with Alps was outstanding. from the quote stage through to completion. Their work, communication, product options, customer service and entire approach was of the highest standard and we are delighted with the outcome. Exceptional Quality
I can't rate Alps Electrical highly enough. This was the third time using them. Based on the first two experiences we chose to have them install a reasonably large solar system. The whole process is just so professional, from being guided through by Isabella in such an easy way with no pressure or stress, to having Brad and the guys doing a really fantastic quality job. They turn up on time, clean up after themselves leaving it spotlessly tidy, and do those small but important details like using shoe protectors when inside. Andy Pemberton
Andy trained as an electrical apprentice from school age, gaining invaluable experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. Andy manages the installation side of the business, ensuring every job is carried out safely, cleanly, swiftly, and to the highest of standards.
Oh, and you may remember Andy from The X Factor! He came 3rd in 2005 with his brother Carl as the duo Journey South and went on to have a number-one album with Simon Cowell in 2006, selling over 216,000 copies in one week. One of the many highlights for Andy was performing for King Charles on his 60th birthday and being an ambassador for The Princes Trust. Andy's passion outside of work is music, where he still writes, records, and performs.
Isabella Pemberton
Isabella trained and worked as a financial advisor for 15 years before joining Alps. Her customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail ensure that no stone is left unturned in her role at Alps. Isabella ensures that the customer service experience from initial contact through to installation is the best it can be.
