The whole experience has been fantastic. Not only the installation which has been exemplary with everything taken care of but also from the initial call and the survey. I knew nothing about what I was getting myself into regarding solar panels but this was explained in such an easy way from the initial call to Alps through to the fitting. I did have some concerns which Alps went out of their way to put me at ease. I would whole heartedly recommend Alps not only as they are local to myself but also the professionalism that they offer. They came highly recommended to me and I will follow this on

A Great Job
Alps installed a Tesla Powerwall 3 for me. It wasn't the easiest of jobs, as I live in an apartment block so options were limited for it's location. Andy, Brad and Callum were excellent and they managed to find a solution that ticked all the boxes. They worked on the job for two days during a heatwave. Well done!

Solar panels and Foxess battery installed
Had solar panels and Foxess battery fitted and fantastic service. The lads who fitted the system were so polite, professional and tidy. Genuinely the best service I have ever had from a company doing work on our house. No hesitation in recommending Alps. Amazing service! 👍

Brilliant battery installation
After we had our heat pump installed last year adding batteries to our existing 15 year old solar system seemed the logical next step. Isabella was our first point of contact, she was fantastic with the pre-installation communication and quotes. Brad and Leo carried out a very impressive installation. First class service throughout, would highly recommend.

Andy Pemberton

Andy trained as an electrical apprentice from school age, gaining invaluable experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. Andy manages the installation side of the business, ensuring every job is carried out safely, cleanly, swiftly, and to the highest of standards.

Oh, and you may remember Andy from The X Factor! He came 3rd in 2005 with his brother Carl as the duo Journey South and went on to have a number-one album with Simon Cowell in 2006, selling over 216,000 copies in one week. One of the many highlights for Andy was performing for King Charles on his 60th birthday and being an ambassador for The Princes Trust. Andy's passion outside of work is music, where he still writes, records, and performs.

Isabella Pemberton

Isabella trained and worked as a financial advisor for 15 years before joining Alps. Her customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail ensure that no stone is left unturned in her role at Alps. Isabella ensures that the customer service experience from initial contact through to installation is the best it can be.
