Lee came round within 2 hours of me calling ( he realised how distressed I was ) Immediately found entry points talked me through what would be done. Explained what would happen once he left and if I needed anything just call. Just felt so relieved. Everything happened just as he said. 2 visit the same and by 3 rd everything was clear! Such a professional and reassuring service carried out by Lee ALS pest solutions. Amazing price wise too.

We had issues with birds perching on our TV Aerial and making a mess on the conservatory roof and garden patio. Lee from ALS Pest Solutions arranged a date to visit and attended my property on time. He evaluated the situation and gave me a very reasonable quote there and then, he had bird spikes in the back of his van so got on with the job straightaway, Lee confirmed the spikes would not harm the birds in any way but simply deter them from attempting to land. Lee attached the spikes to our aerial in good time and also gave some very good advice to other potential pest threats. Would use again

I had an issue when an animal was caught in the void between my ground and first floor. ALS Pest Solutions Ltd were able to come out the same day, checked it out, found it was a pigeon, and managed to safely extract and release it. Really good service, fair price, and I will definitely contact them for any pest related issues in the future.

Lee was brilliant - came during some windy weather to pigeon proof the top of my bay window. The pigeons are now no longer able to roost on the top of the window and are starting to hang around on the roof less as well!
