A few years ago Alt Construction completely renovated our house, including the extension, and we were very happy to call them back for a pitched roof leak repair at the rear of our property. Once again, the team were professional, quick and very experienced. They completed the work with care and minimal disruption, and clear communication: we are very pleased with the result. Last year we decided to have our attic space converted into a bedroom/bathroom and also have the existing bathroom completely redone. We employed a local architect (Elena Rowland, who I also highly recommend), who recommended Alt Group Construction for the build. It was a very good decision. The build was completed bang on time, it was within the agreed budget, and the workmanship was exceptional. The crew were highly experienced and a pleasure to work with. Expertise and good communication is what Alt Construction are known for and they live up to their reputation. Tommas is one of the owners and he personally project managed our side-return extension. He made sure we were happy each step of the way. They did an amazing job and also did little things like providing us with a temporary set-up: washing mach./dishwasher etc. This made living through the work less stressful. They delivered to their timeline and budget and made sure everything was expertly done. We’re planning future projects and will go directly to Alt Construction for this work.
