Very unpleasant experience with delays, inconvenience, appalling communication, and a poor, unfinished outcome. Different people turned up each day (if at all), showing a lack of contingency. The door in the stud wall wasn’t installed to the architect’s drawings; redoing it left visible marks. The transom window was installed poorly, had to be redone, and still looks low quality. The bath leaked heavily, tiles were left dirty and cracked, the door had gaps, and the wall and ceiling painting was poor.

We contracted Raz to complete the building works for a ground level conversion, which included removal of several walls and insertion of supporting steals. At the last minute we were let down by our kitchen fitter, Raz and team were able to step in and complete the whole project. Raz was responsive and easy to communicate with from quote to completion. He kept a sharp eye on the project ensuring it progressed well. Any issues were quickly sorted without drama or fuss. Competitive quote, came in on budget.
