Sent photo via inbox and got a quote. The lad got to mine and advised he underquoted. I told him to trim the hedges which was less cheaper than what he quoted. He trimmed one part of the hedges and did not clean up properly. Immediately I made the balance. He left the job,took me 1 whole week to get him out to complete the other hedge. He finally came out to do the job and asking me for extra money to take the waste away after paying initially for it. I got frustrated with the back and forth I told him to stop the job,take the money and leave the job.

My garden was a 'blank page' (new house), and although we still have some way to go, A&L have been part of its development. They have been really helpful .... offering useful suggestions, and are friendly and always considerate. We don't have much more to do (turf) before I can stand back to admire the end result, but I'm looking forward to inviting them back. I'm more than happy with the quality of their work and to recommend them.

Had a bad fence with shrubs and trees to take out all cleared and new fence up brilliant job and very happy with quality of work very responsible and respectful will definitely get them back to do any further work in future.
