    Polite & Professional Boiler Service

    Posted 19 March

I needed a boiler service doing in order to keep my boiler under warranty and gave these guys a call to arrange. The booking process was straightforward and Tom arrived on time on the day and was very polite, clean and friendly. I accompanied him to the boiler and he was able to carry out the service whilst explaining what he was doing and what the different components of the boiler do which was nice as I was keen to learn a bit about it. He then tidied the area up and ensured that there was absolutely no mess left behind. 100% would recommend based on the fact he was a down to earth lad.

    Above and beyond

Very pleased with service, Pete went above and beyond to try to ensure I wasn't left without water overnight and fixed a very tricky leak. Cost quite a lot but worth it in the circumstances.

    Beware, they exploit money

    Posted 08 August 2025

I called them on behalf of my elderly father and accompanied them when they called. They charged a staggering £209 for a simple replacement electrical part that was scheduled for the following day. Having paid them I left them to return unaccompanied the following day. They then charged my father ANOTHER £250 with no justification and no invoice or cost breakdown has ever been provided. Completely exploited money out of a vulnerable elderly man. Disgusting. Do not use them.

    300 POUNDS AN HOUR

    Posted 11 March 2024

Thanks for coming out to our house 30 minutes after the call out. I believe you have done an excellent job re. The radiator that had come off its hinges, and i'd expect nothing else for 928 pounds. 2 things to note: ONE. Not taking the floorboard up to check if the leak persisted leaves me with a concern. TWO. As we have a sealed system, there was no need to drain the system. This is confirmed by BG who have remedied other rads that were similarly misfitted. Draining the system took over two hours = 600.
