Bad work
I was extremely disappointed with the service. My wife was alone in our flat while several members of the engineer's team attended, even though the work only required one person. Throughout the visit, they were loudly using abusive and offensive language while talking amongst themselves, almost felt like they assaulted my wife verbally and would anytime break into room to do physical violence on her. My wife was extremely afraid to step out of her room. This was completely unprofessional and made my wife feel uncomfortable in her own home. To make matters worse, part of our property was damag
