I recently booked Amaryllis Cleaning for a deep clean of our house before moving in, and they exceeded every expectation. The team arrived on time, fully prepared, and worked tirelessly to make the place absolutely spotless. Every cupboard, corner, and surface was cleaned to perfection – it felt like walking into a brand-new home. Their attention to detail was incredible, tackling even the areas most people would overlook. The whole place looked and smelled fresh. Communication was clear and friendly from start to finish. End of tenancy clean booked for a 2bed to include hoovering what is now a communal hallway in a converted house. On completion, the flat was in a better state, skirtings cleaned and smelled much better. Unfortunately this was more of a general clean rather. At a cost of £48/hour (11-4pm), I expected more. The fridge didn't look like it was cleaned, cobwebs were present, etc. On a positive note, the cleaner apologised, noting they had to leave because of another client and gave a 10% discount. Overall, perhaps I would recommend for a general clean but not an end of tenancy.
