  Replaced some tiles in ensuite shower

  Poor workmanship and felt like a bait and switch. Originally quoted £250 to replace six tiles, ended up charging £745 cash in hand (not including the tiles, we sourced these) with no clear price given upfront - was told that might cost more if the ply board behind need replacing but wouldn’t confirm how much more. Used old ply and mismatched charcoal grout instead of our off-white, so the finish looks completely wrong. We’ve since had to pay someone else to redo it. Also caused scratches to shower tray and denied responsibility, patched up badly. Overall poor and cost us far more than expected

  Thank you for leaving a review, however there seems to be a couple of issues you mentioned which I cannot agree with. Firstly, the works I did and you requested me to do were - to remove and re-fix 2 cut pieces of tile to the bottom of the shower tray area and silicone the bottom of the shower. There was also a mention of using ply-wood which is untrue as is the claim that I scratched the shower tray. In conclusion I cannot agree with your claim especially due to the fact that I carried out the works approximately over 9 months ago and at that time you published a good review.

  Leo is a lovely, friendly guy, he has been a tiler for many years and his experience shows, he is second to none and has done an excellent, professional job for me. I now have the kitchen I'd always wished for and am extremely happy with his work. wouldn't hesitate to use Leo again and I'd definitely recommend his services.
