CONSTRUCTING THE FLAT ROOF STRUCTURE AND EPDM MEMBRAINE FOR MY SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION
Amazing Space did an excellent job constructing and fitting the flat roof and the skylight window and I am very happy with the water drainage from the roof top.
BUILDING BRICK WORK STRUCTURE FOR MY SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION
I am very happy with all the brickwork Amazing Space built for my extension considering there were continuously being hampered by the rainy weather.
Bathroom refurb
I contacted Amazing Space as I had some ideas to reconfigure and refurbish our bathroom. Immediately I was impressed by the prompt service, right from the first contact with Robyn, through to the meeting with Wayne. They helped guide me with the changes I had in mind, and also with colours and designs for the refurbishment. The whole team were friendly, helpful and efficient. There was a slight set back with our plumbing and old boiler, but this was dealt with quickly and with minimum down time. I was also kept informed of the costs due to the unexpected issues. We are all very happy.
Kitchen design and refit
The amazing space team were extremely informative with my kitchen design and took all my needs into consideration. I couldn’t be any happier with the workmanship and finish of the kitchen. Wayne and the team kept the upheaval of having builders in to minimal disruption and you can see the care they take to keep areas clean and tidy. Kitchen came in on budget which was a miracle really in this climate of builders materials rising in cost constantly and I am truly grateful for the quote being stuck to. I would highly recommend the team and will be in contact again for future work
Ground work: Foundations, Drainage and DPC level for single story extension
Amazing Space Design and Build have done a great job completing the evacuation ground work, foundations, drainage and DPC level for my new single story extension. The works were completed within their quoted timescale and no concerns were raised by Building Control, and, none their work had to be redone. I have observed that Amazing Space take a lot of pride in the work that are doing for me. They are approachable and always keep me updated with any concerns and work progress. I can truly recommend Amazing Space Design and Build, their name speaks for itself.
Part of a larger job to create an open plan living space
Once work started we discovered our original plan couldn't be implemented. Wayne and team had to demolish the existing structure which exposed drainage problems which the team resolved. Next they had to dig out massive puts for mass concrete pads to support steels for the new structure. This work plus digging out an old patio to be replaced by a new floor was all achieved very speedily. In readiness for roofing the new structure Wayne has also diverted drainpipes, soil pipe for upstairs toilet and bath drain. Wayne and team great always, friendly and professional. Tidy and considerate.
Side extension including 2 openings
The 2 openings, one for a doorway and the other the kitchen extension were carried out carefully and competently by Wayne and his team to the agreed positions and extent. All finished beautifully.
Extension now beyond first fix stage, building, roof, electrics, gas, etc
Work ongoing, all good. The builder and his deputy both very competent, knowledgeable and hard-working. Just getting to internal fittings, tiling etc. Good service from the electrician and plumber/heating engineer recommended by builder. I'm looking forward to the next stage.
LVT Floor and Kitchen Fitting
Wayne removed existing flooring, prepped and laid LVT before fitting the kitchen. He worked tirelessly to get it right and finish to a high standard. Both the floor and kitchen look amazing and have thoroughly transformed and modernised a former tired old looking space.
Dry lined walls and ceiling, plastered and decorated.
The work was done as part of a larger project and Wayne was involved throughout, communicating clearly and adjusting to additional requirements as work progressed, ensuring attention to detail and and timely completion. Would highly recommend to others.
