Installation of airsource heat pump and central heating system
We were most impressed from start to finish Ben and his Amazon team were fantastic and we cant praise them enough. The customer service and customer care is exceptional . The whole system was installed in just two days with no disruption whatsoever to us. The installers worked long days and non stop to complete the job quickly whic was great for us. The standard of work is first class and we are delighted with the look of the new system . Works well too we tested the heating and the airsource pump is less noisy than the old boiler I highly recommend Ben and Amazon Thank you

Removal of old combi boiler and installation of new air source heat pump system.
Benjamin (Ben) Woodward was our contact point from start to finish. He is an energetic, knowledgeable and thoroughly lovely guy. He was always available to answer questions and explain all aspects of the project. His reliability and attention to detail was first class. The installation team were organised, tidy and courteous and due to their hard work, completed the project well within time. We are extremely satisfied with their service and very happy with our new system. The follow-up and after sales service has been brilliant too! I would highly recommend them.

Installation of air source heating system.
We cannot recommend Ben and his installation team highly enough. Excellent detail to customer satisfaction, going above and beyond to make sure everything was fulfilled as promised. Kept well informed throughout the order and system installation process with exceptional speed in their reply to communications. Very impressed from the outset of contacting Ben to discuss installing our Air source heat system providing comprehensive detail of overall costs and returns. Installation team kept disruption to a minimum running to time. Ben has been a true gentleman and friend throughout.
