  Bedroom and ensuite in loft

  Amber lofts built a new bedroom and ensuite into the loft of my Victorian terraced house. The work was carried out to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and a very good quality of workmanship. They were also very open to working with my ideas and went to great trouble to source and fit an opaque glass wall/door between the bedroom and ensuite, which they hadn't done before. I would highly recommend them

  Loft extension

  Amber Lofts lead by David are an excellent team of builders who take pride in their projects. High quality workmanship guaranteed. Excellent time keeping. Clean and tidy. Hard working and very friendly. The work was completed whilst we were working from home with minimal disruption to us. Excellent planning and thinking throughout. High recommended!

  Loft extension and en suite

  David and his team completed our loft extension this summer and we were really delighted with their work. David was recommended to us by a friend who had also used Amber Lofts for their loft extension locally and we found their quote reasonable compared to others. What made David and the team stand apart from others builders and trades people we have used is that the communication was very good, the building work was also excellent; the team were genuinely proud to show you the work that was completed. David and the team worked around our young family and we’re flexible and trustworthy. Thank you.

  Complete loft conversion to en-suite music studio

  Absolutely brilliant from start to finish - transparent staged pricing, lovely polite and tidy workmen (thank you to Steve, Jack, Rob and everyone for your punctuality and respect with our home), on time and high quality finish. David stood out from the rest when he came to give us a quote - he had clearly studied the plans and had some very good observations that no one else had spotted. He was very honest in his approach and a very calm and relaxing person to be around. He listens and works through every problem with us as client together in a timely and calm fashion. Highly recommended

  Working with kitchen company to prepare and install our dream kitchen

  David and his team can always be relied on to do a great job. In this case, he had to work with a specialist design and build kitchen company which complicated things a little. He took out the old kitchen, assessed the work needed to stabilise the floor and walls and carried out the work to a very high quality. He keeps us informed and is very transparent and fair in pricing.

  A loft conversion and work carried out in the hallway

  I would highly recommend the team at Amber lofts. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and informative but most importantly highly skilled which has meant we are very pleased with the end result. They kept us up to date throughout the process, made useful recommendations, they were clean, polite and respectful and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.
