Our bathroom has been left half done with no communication or explanation of why work has stopped. Paid them over half agreed price for terrible job! Had to pay to change locks as he disappeared with our spare key! We’ve had to get a new plumber to finish as I’m 8 months pregnant with 2 year old!! We have not had a working bathroom for over a month and have been left with unexpected jobs like paining a ceiling where there was a leak and filling/ painting holes in our walls where tiles were removed with so much force. Terrible experience can’t believe we have been left in this situation!

Alan was great would recommend him to anyone. Cleaned up after the job and was on Time every morning 👌 Quality was tops 👏
