    Communication prior to the job was great. I had a number of quotes from different engineers. Tony came twice once when I first started looking and again prior to work commencing to ascertain my exact needs. Job was as quoted. Tony and Chris worked swiftly and efficiently so much so that wife didn't notice the new boiler and missing water tank. There was no indication that trades people had been in the house all day. System was as requested - simple. I'd recommend the team and suspect I won't need them back because everything looks great. Fantastic job thank you

    Firstly, I called and spoke to Tony, he was very polite and was able to give me an appointment within one hour of my call. He sent out his colleague called Chris. Chris turned up one time and he was also very polite, he made me feel at ease. He also was very respectful of my home. Chris explained step by step on what he was doing and gave me advice on my boiler and how it works. Thank you for the quick response and for getting my boiler back up and running again.
