I’m really impressed with how quickly AM Environ resolved my mice issue. They arrived the very same day I placed my request, which was such a relief. The technician was very friendly and experienced, and explained everything clearly. The service was very professional from start to finish, and I now have complete peace of mind knowing the problem is under control. Highly recommended!

the technician that came to the property was very nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Since his visit there has been evidence that the traps have been triggered, but since then no rats have been near the property. our only issues were once when we tried to book a revisit, the technician didn't arrive and no one reached out to confirm if he was coming. also we had to follow up for an invoice after not being told how services were to be paid, and ignored emails

Great communication throughout. The guys turned up early and were super professional. They listened to what I wanted and worked quickly. They were also very patient with my toddler and answered his questions. Garden was left very tidy and they even started to weed the front while they were waiting for payment to go through!

Would highly recommend Filipe, Daniel and their team. They were very respectful of our home when clearing the garden (we have no side access, everything had to come through the house) and worked very hard to finish the job on the day. Some of the new turf had issues and they came back and replaced it efficiently. Would use again.

Daniel, the gardener was very pleasant and amicable when he arrived. He was very patient as I sorted out a parking permit for him. He worked very hard and did a fantastic job. His work is superior to the worked of any gardener that has worked on my garden in the last 30 years. He was very thorough and professional. He was also very respectful.
