Scott has done an excellent job. Our toilet was cracked and he replaced it with a toilet system which matched our current needs (due to age & disability). Scott came promptly to give us a quote, explaining the works that needed to be completed and a rough idea of time needed. I cannot recommend Ameythst/Scott high enough. He was respectful of our home, leaving the work area clean and tidy, arrived as promised and so happy with the quality of work. Scott provided a plasterer and electrician to complement his work. Scott came out twice to quote to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. His quote was clear and precise with a very competitive price. He made the whole process very easy for us. He provided catalogues to choose everything from. He sourced it all which made it highly convenient for us. Scott carried out the work in a very friendly, efficient way and was always punctual. He always briefed us very clearly on what was happening. And we were very impressed at how tidy he left the area he was working on. The quality of his work was fantastic, we couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I had really struggled to even get a plumber to return my calls. Amethyst were a breathe of fresh air they replied promptly came to look the next day and did the job the following afternoon.
