Tony and his team are very friendly abd professional. They replaced the roof of my lean-to conservatory by removing all the glass panels and installed a felt roof. Several of the tiles on my gable had slipped during the recent winds and were in danger of falling. Having received my call for help, Tony attended within the hour. He presented me with a written quotation that afternoon, and having accepted his reasonable price, was able to squeeze me in over the next couple of days. The work went exactly as planned; with some additional issues I’d mentioned during his first visit also being attended to as part of the job. I’m happy with the work. Tony and his colleague were very professional and friendly from first meeting to final installations. Communication was easy and at no point did I feel pressured to take the job. Prices are very reasonable and installation of flat roof only took two days. They offered for me to come up to the roof with them to see the defects before quotation and helpfully suggested the most cost effective remedial process even though we decided to go ahead with re-laying the entire roof in the end. Guarantees included and highly recommend this roofer.
