I had an annual boiler and gas safety check done by David who works with Adam; and his customer service was absolutely fantastic. He was non-judgmental of a mother who had just finished the school runs! He was kind and full of energy in the morning. We had a great chat but most importantly he got the job done and he was cleaning up after himself too. A great job. I am grateful and had a good experience! See you guys next year. Angela.

Thoroughly recommend. We have had a new boiler and radiators replaced over the course of the last few months and the process was simple and easy whilst we are really happy with the results. All organised very easily with Adam over WhatsApp and David who did the install was a pleasure to deal with. Particularly pleased with the quality of the install of the new Victorian style column radiators, especially as it wasn’t the most straight forward job given the existing pipework.

Adam was amazing. Understood the problem right away and sent someone to fix it really quickly, knowing the situation we were in. David was great, really friendly, consulted us along the way and diagnosed (and fixed) the problem quickly. Definitely recommend.

Full bathroom refurbished. From quote to completion everything was efficient, well communicated, my ideas and thoughts were actually listened too and nothing felt too much trouble. On time every day, extremely tidy and work carried out to an excellent standard. I absolutely love my new bathroom and can’t recommend highly enough. Will certainly be using again when my en suite needs redoing.
