10 Asbestos survey and removal

Amiantus surveyed my property and removed asbestos from the bathroom floors and under the bath . They are efficient and fast to send results . I appreciated Leigh’s patience with calming my fears and asbestos related constant questions especially. We have been trading for over 20 years. Surveying and providing advice on thousands of properties all over the UK, be that residential or commercial.

With consultants available across the UK, we make sure you receive the personal service required.
Impartiality
We are one of the few asbestos consultancy companies that has remained strictly independent, as we do not undertake asbestos removal work. This means the advice you receive from our surveyors is completely impartial. i.e. We have nothing to gain by advising you to remove asbestos-containing materials (ACMs), nor would we advise you to remove some ACMs that don’t need to be removed. Both of which can be very expensive.
Our Accreditations
To make sure that we only provide the safest and highest standard of Asbestos Surveys and Asbestos Testing, all of our consultants and analysts undergo regular and intensive training from all the relevant industry bodies.
Transparent Fees and no hidden charges
Often companies will charge you for the survey, then an additional amount for each sample taken.
We don’t. We offer a fixed price service which includes all samples taken for analysis plus a full report with an asbestos register, risk assessments, floor plans and recommendations for your asbestos management plan.
Asbestos Management Plan
Following our visit, should the case be, we will provide you with an asbestos register.
We will then work alongside your representative and assist you in formulating an effective asbestos management plan and risk assessment that is best for you.
