I was really impressed that Anthony was willing to spend time dealing with a small problematic area of carpet in one of our bedrooms, which no one else would deal with. His communication was great, he turned up when he said he would and finished the job neatly and professionally. We'll be contacting him again when we need to replace the carpets in the future.
