  Structural alterations to openings at the rear of the property.

  As part of the works, we discussed with Aaron the options for maximising the space available. He presented us with the option to create more headroom, align the openings with the openings in the extension and replace parts of the existing structural work with a streamlined modern alternative... Aaron and his team turned the job around quickly and efficiently, with the minimum of disruption to the other works as well as keeping the construction site and rest of house tidy with high regards to health and safety. He always shares the benefit of his experience with us and we are delighted with the results.

  Kitchen/Diner/Lounge conversion with removal of load bearing wall

  Aaron introduced us to other quality tradesmen and immediately felt confident in their ability and standards. Engagement was always very easy and clear, which showed great trust and confidence. Working together our project was managed efficiently without any issues in time for Christmas. We are delighted!

  A full garage conversion into a Playroom and Utility area.

  Very impressed from the first engagement, all details were thoughtfully clearly detailed. Advice and knowledge was shared constantly to help guide us with making the best design decisions. Aaron went above and beyond what we expected for our extensive project. Nothing in the property during the refurb was ever a issue as Aaron communicated with us constantly as we were not living during the refurb, leaving us reassured and satisfied. We would highly recommend.

  Block work for rear (kitchen) extension.

  Aaron and his team did an excellent job in keeping us informed about the work, including changes to scope and any issues on site. With limited space available in both the back garden and in the slipway in front of the property, Aaron and his team were resourceful and diligent in working to reduce disruption, both to us while we live in the property and to our neighbours. When issues have arisen, Aaron has responded to them quickly, engaged with us and other relevant parties professionally, making sure we all have the necessary information to keep the project moving.

  Removal of a chimney breast from both the ground and first floor with installation of brackets in the attic as per structural drawings.

  So far we are happy with the service provided by AMP and Building Solutions. We are kept informed of the progress of the works, easy to contact and performing the works at least on if not ahead of schedule.

  Complete bathroom refit including moving internal wall, all new radiators, all new electrical sockets, light fittings/switches.

  Bathroom fit carried out to a high standard and we are very pleased with it. We had a few issues along the way that Aaron worked through. Faulty shower tray was delivered and Aaron and team managed to get a replacement for me. They kept everything very clean and tidy throughout the refurbishment, which was great for us as we were living in the property whilst the work was being carried out.
