  One-bed flat refurbishment

  Andrew completed a partial refurbishment of my one-bed flat, including a full electrical rewire, new IKEA kitchen, bathroom replacement, detailed tiling, subfloor repairs, wood flooring, fireplace removal and bespoke alcove desk. Throughout the project, Andrew was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and highly skilled, offering practical advice and solutions whenever needed. Communication was excellent, he was reliable and easy to work with, and the quality of workmanship was consistently high. The attention to detail throughout the refurb was impressive and I was very pleased with the final result.

  Andrew and his team are very professional, efficient and knowledgeable in their work. He has provided plenty of valuable information for renovations and carried out the work in an organised, speedy manner. Working with him has been a pleasure as he’s very fair and flexible - going above and beyond in some cases to ensure the work was done properly.

  Efficient & Reliable

  Found Andrew and his team to be great to work with. Answered my (many) questions and always had all of the info. Manage to do proper drainage for our under the stairs bathroom which other quotes we had wanted to do a much easier option. The team worked super quickly and the whole project was finished in two weeks. Worked around all our furniture and put the place all back together again post work! Will definitely have the team back for other projects!

  Kitchen & cloakroom fitting

  My experience with AM Polish builders was very pleasant.Andrew was very knowledgeable with regards to the kitchen fitting and tiling & also the cloakroom reconstruction. I am a very detailed oriented person .Andrew has his own work technique and skills within the trade.His work is of a high standard and he is also exceptional tidy. He kept me informed daily of the activities that were taking place along with photographs of progress. I would recommend him to family & friends. The finish is wonderful.

  Bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting and side return extension

  Andrew and his team recently completed a side return extension at our terraced Victorian property in Southfields, London. The work included the installation of a downstairs WC and kitchen. The finish of the work was to an excellent standard and throughout the project the builders kept the site exceptionally tidy. Communication from start to finish was clear and it was particular useful that Andrew shared solutions proactively in advance of decisions being made.
