Turned up weds or thurs to fix a leaking toilet. Didn't actually fix anything but said it could be a number of things and they had come back another day. Still charged me for the call out though. Then I asked for a quote before they came back. Said they had to take the tiles off and take it apart to see if waste pipe, pan or stopcock. Would take a few hours at £80 an hour. BUT replacing the stopcock was not included and would be a £95 set fee on top of the hourly rate. Suspected I was being taken for a ride so got another plumber in who charged £55 for the hour and fixed it there and then.

Felt highly satisfied with the work Jason did. He kept me informed on the what needed to be fixed, recommended an improvement beyond my original request. Would call Jason (or ISV plumbing) for my future plumbing needs

We were very pleased, the call back time was quick and the work carried out within 4hrs from initial contact. Kitchen cupboard left clean and he mopped the bathroom after completion.
