On the day of insulation off the new condenser boiler They were very friendly and cleaned up all the mess and old boiler and installed a new boiler with power flush and magna clean magnet under the boiler and put new furnox inhibitor in the system blead the rads all working great good job 10/10 will use them again next time.

Called for service. They informed me that the boiler requires some parts. It is better to change boiler now than spend on repairs, and this was done the next day.
