    great initial professionals, horrendous follow up beware

    We contacted AMS to complete a CCTV assessment of our buildings 4-story flat external drainage due to blockage issues, through this the team found both fat and root activity and quoted for a drain clear and re-assessment which we paid for and was completed in September. However, since September, I have had back and forth emails and calls with Tracy requesting a quotation for the works stipulated as required in the re-assessment. 3 months later I am yet to receive the quotation.

    CCTV Drain Surveying

    A.M.S Drains were great from the get go, the staff in the office were lovely, the attending engineer arrived on time and was not only very polite but also very knowledgeable and helpful. The service I experienced was great, the job was completed with no hassle and I will be recommending this company to others.

    I telephoned twice on separate days to ask for help with a blocked rainwater drain to a soakaway. I was told both times that they would call me back to make an appointment, but they never did.

    Good initially but very poor follow up

    I initially called AMS in to clear a blockage and carry out a CCTV survey, which they did and I was happy with the work carried out and the report. My issue has been getting them to come back and carry out follow-up work that they themselves recommended. Despite contacting the company five times over a period of around 6 weeks they have not got back to me. Each time I call they fob me off with a lame excuse and promise to call back but they never do. Overall, very frustrating and it feels like a company with no management or concern for its customers.
