Bathroom fitting
I waited 2 months for a quote which I was always told was coming. Had a no show for a scheduled appointment with the MD with no explanation or apology. Eventually found out through electrical side that the plumbing side had ceased trading. A call would have taken 2 minutes.

Boiler Breakdown
Was extremely happy with the quality of work. A little early on arrival but not an issue as I had taken of the whole day, but wasn't ready when they did arrive. Excellent work, fixed issue that previous company had charged over £400 for and had not sorted. Was done in about an hour, very polite and explain everything thoroughly. Would recommend and use again.

Boiler service
Nathan identified an issue with the initial installation of the boiler and then rectified this in order to not void the warranty. Good communication. Will use the company again next year !!

Repairing water leak from a pipe in airing cupboard. New section of pipe provided and installed.
Called and spoke with Harry. He was working for another customer near me and promised to visit that morning to have a look. Within the hour Harry visited. Took the time to find out where the water was coming from...damaged pipe in airing cupboard leading to water coming through the ceiling below. Repair of pipe work was carried out efficiently. Both Harry and his colleague were really polite, professional and put me at ease at a stressful time. I have already recommended them to family and will definitely use them again.
