10 Fixed toilet not flushing

Alex and AMT had previously done all the plumbing work for our loft conversion and we were very happy with the work. Our toilet wasn't flushing. From a photo I sent Alex, he was able to determine that the flush valve probably needed changing and should be possible to do without removing the toilet. He got the right replacement part and sure enough came and changed it in under an hour. Very happy to get the toilet working again!
