Awful company Our oven broke end of November arranged for it to be repaired immediately, It’s January now and it’s still broken, first engineer went home sick and couldn’t come, then the second was in the house less than two minutes, glanced into the oven and decided he needed to order a part, I guess they don’t actually read the fault notes, nor look at the actual video I send where I explained what was wrong, in detail, now I can’t get in contact with anyone, I’ve been trying for three weeks They have one more week to respond before we drive over there ourselves, which will not be pleasant

I have had a stove cooker for 20 years and the fan stopped working, so I rang a.N.D.Domestics and was so please that they could still get parts, I had to pay a call out charge and was offered a booking for the next day, the lovely young engineer came out and said it was fixable, and said he would order me a new fan, I had to ring the office once they sent me a quote which was the next day, and three days later the engineer returned and repaired my cooker, I was very please with the service I received. I would use this firm again

Very polite engineer came to my property and sorted the leak out with no problem at all, explained the problem to me and I am a very happy customer would definitely recommend A.N.D Domestics
