  Water Damage Insurance Claim

  Jack helped us secure a significant cash settlement for a water damage insurance claim. The claim wasn't the most straightforward but upon requesting Jack's services he made multiple visits to our property to get a thorough scope of works drawn up which was accepted by the insurance company in relatively short time. Would highly recommend Jack for any water damage related insurance claim.

  I got I’m touch with Jack to see if he could help with my claim for water damage caused by burst pipes in my home. Jack took control of the entire process, taking all of the stress away from me and negotiated a really good settlement from my insurer. He was easy to contact, easy to talk to, professional, thorough and made sure I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I was really happy with the outcome and can't recommend Anderson Building Consultancy enough.

  Jack acted as surveyor for my escape of water claim

  Jack was recommended to me by my brother who’s house was flooded a few years ago. I made an escape or water claim to my building insurance. I was having a bad experience with my insurance company who were messing me about and offered me a ridiculously low amount for my claim. Luckily Jack I requested Jacks assistance and was so glad I did so. He dealt with the insurance company on my behalf, was always quick to respond to any queries i had, kept me updated through out the whole process. I was really happy with the outcome as he negotiated a substantial cash settlement

  I contacted Jack about some cracks around my home, as I wanted someone who knew what they were talking about to assess the damage to see if this would require fixing ir whether it was structural damage. Jack kindly looked at some photos I took and have his opinion very quickly (was all good news) Jack was extremely easy and pleasant to talk to. Would highly recommend his services. Very reasonable price for a full report if this was required. Thanks again, Jack. You have put an anxious mind at rest for now!
