Excellent service. Leaking washing machine. I rang on the Monday and an engineer came round on Tuesday morning. Fault identified and fixed quickly and efficiently. Very polite and friendly engineer. Highly recommended.

I have used Anderson DRS for many years now…every time I call them with a problem they respond quickly and sort out what ever is wrong .They deal with dishwashers,washing machines,driers,cookers etc…they either repair or replace..which ever is more financially viable and if an item is replaced they also remove and dispose of the broken machine in the price. I cannot recommend them enough ,the service they provide is second to none…if only everyone I dealt with could be as professional and efficient as them…. ,

First class service from Anderson DRS today. Initially. two Engineers came and confirmed that we had a faulty heating element in our Hoover washing machine but, unfortunately, they didn't have a replacement on board so arranged to return next week to complete the job. Then, they phoned back within an hour to say another Engineer had the required part available and he came shortly thereafter and fitted it. All done and dusted within an hour - excellent service and I would recommend Anderson DRS to anyone

Washing machine made strange noise. Called Anderson DRS who responded very quickly and Emily identified cause, offered advice and charge was very reasonable.
