    Replace a lock on our back garden gate

    Absoluetly shocking service from Craig. Replaced our back garden gate which completely fell off the gate weeks later. I informed Craig of this on several occasions and asked him to fix the issue as we had forked out a lot of money for the work to be done. After being ignored several times he then agreed to come on two seperate occasions but didn't show. STAY CLEAR if you are looking for a reliable service. Disgraceful when people are forking out money for a job to he done and it's not done properly.

    Repairing jamming lock and door not closing.

    I was locked out of my house when the lock broke.

    Thank you Craig for coming to my rescue, changing the lock and getting me back in the house. Craig was here in less than an hour, knew what the problem was and even had a new lock in the van to replace it. A really nice person, so efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks again Craig!

    Replacement of door push-button lock

    Excellent service from this company. He answered the phone call immediately. Couple of days later, they (two brothers) turned up punctually to the agreed appointment. They have explained clearly what was the fault and suggested few options. I have received the quotation in the same day. On the next day, the lock was replaced. They were very thorough and polite professionals. Well done for them and I will defo use them again.
