    Did everything they could to help in a particularly difficult situation. Attended promptly and on time. Engineer Andy was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally and Importantly the price charged was significantly lower than its competitors quotes. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Andersons highly. Many thanks

    We called on a Saturday as we had a large group of family coming round the next day for my special birthday and we couldn't use the toilet. The gentleman came within a couple of hours and we were so grateful that he sorted it out for us on a Saturday. The lovely woman on the telephone was so lovely too and we felt well looked after.

    They came out at relatively short notice at a reasonable price. Really friendly and got the job sorted quickly. Only thing that would have been helpful is to know a time slot in advanced but know it isn't that simple as the length of time is probably quite variable. Really happy with the service. Would use again but hope I don't have to!

    Brilliant company. Came to the rescue as soon as the could. Complicated repair as had to take out toilet to get @ the macerated to work on it. Polite, professional and skilled craftspersons, who explained fully and clearly what the problem was and how they were going to resolve it. Fair and transparent fees. Recommended to me by someone who had used Anderson’s for a job previously. They were as good as he said they would be. Definite be my first port of call for any future plumbing/drainage work. Top, top company! Good sense of humour too.
