Phoned Mark on Sunday afternoon to ask if he was able to repair or replace the lock on my front door. Mark explained the earliest he could attend was the following day in the afternoon, he actually arrived mid morning and within the hour the front door lock was replaced and tested. A pleasure to chat too as the work was completed, Would recommend, the previous and my feedback says it all

Mark provided a very professional same day service. He was able to arrange the same day call, despite a busier than normal work schedule. He arrived in good time and promptly completed the job. I was very pleased with the service provided and I would recommend Mark without hesitation.

The locksmith patiently opened two doors to gain entry for me then left me with two serviceable locks. He was pleasant and charming and i was very cold after 6 other locksmiths had let me down one who said he was coming in 30 mins then when i checked i was told he was ill and wouldn't be coming . Mark has been extremely reliable and quick! I've reached out late at night and he replied straightaway which I didn't expect. He attended the job in the afternoon next day and did it very quickly. Mark covers wide area, so I was lucky to book him in at such short notice in this specific location. His price was very competitive as well! I can strongly recommend and will definitely use him again.
