We booked Dale and his colleague Ed to replace a diverter valve on our Logic 24 boiler. We liked the price quoted, inc vat. On the day they arrived, on time, in de12 area they were masked and took their shoes off once inside. They replaced the valve and a motor which was on the way out too, took slightly longer than they thought, just over 2 hours, and advised us on some smaller jobs that we'll bring them back for. The work was a success and now we have hot water. Work area was left clean and tidy. They kept us informed on their progress and we recommend their expertise and work

Dale was great installing the new boiler. He kept me informed as to what was going on. Polite, skilled and friendly throughout. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Our hot water stopped working on Monday night. On Tuesday morning I put a message out on Checktrade, Dale responded very quickly and came out and fixed the problem on Wednesday. He explained the work he was doing, carried it out quickly and professionally and went above and beyond - even bleeding radiators and explaining how to top the boiler pressure up. We were very pleased with his work and would 100% recommend. An honest, trustworthy, hard working tradesman.

Very reliable, friendly and the job was finished on time to a great standard! All round very happy.
