Washing machine repair. Machine/drain outlet blocked due to build up of limescale.
Ben turned up on time, carried out the work needed to free up our Miele washing machine which was totally blocked from a build up of limescale! He was friendly, efficient and professional. Ben is someone we would recommend without hesitation and should we need any other domestic appliance repairs then he will be the person we'd call. Thank you!

Tumble Dryer repair

Suspected Faulty Tumble Dryer
I cannot praise Ben highly enough. He is the ultimate professional: knowledgeable, courteous and technically proficient. He arrived at the time agreed and proceeded to investigate what was I thought was a faulty tumble dryer. In very short time he determined that it was not the appliance that was faulty but the fused switch that powered the appliance. He identified a suitable replacement item. This was ordered and arrived 48 hours later. He then returned to effect the repair. As a result of the service received he will be my 'go to' tradesman for all future domestic appliance problems.
