I was unfortunate to require two toughened glass replacement panes in the period of a few months. I contacted Andover Glassworks by phone initially, and then by email sending photos of the required repair. I had a prompt response and a fair quote with which I was content and gave approval to order and fit the glass. The communication was excellent and I was updated at each point from receipt of the glass, date for fitment and when the tradesmen were setting off from their previous job. The tradesmen were polite, professional and the job was completed in a very quick time.

We had been let down by another class many for glass kitchen splashbacks, didn't realise Andover Glass could help but they were amazing! Fully measured out then used templates to confirm we were happy before cutting and fitting the glass. Really friendly and helpful from initial call all the way to post installation. Couldn't be happier and recommended their service without reservation. A massive thank you to Chris and all of the team for the hard work and excellent service.

I was so pleased with the outstanding service Chris and his team provided. I received calls to update me and the job was complete in less than 24 hours, with an apology that it couldn't be done sooner! A brilliant job which was done to a high standard and fitted perfectly.

Brilliant installation of 2 sets of bi-fold doors and a 2.5m x1.5m lantern in our extension. From the start of quotation,colours,sizes,timings to the installation,the team are so professional and problem free. Extremely competitive. We will definitely use Andover glass again and so should you. Highly recommended.

Popped in today to enquire after some trim for a window. Chris was extremely helpful. He explained the trim i had is no longer made. But suggested alternatives in its stead. If the alternate doesn't work i will be popping in to have a new window priced.
