Arranged to have a door fitted this morning at around 9am after speaking on the phone and sending messages. Waited until 10 am before sending text asking if he was still coming - no reply received. At 10.45 sent another message but again no reply. Had cleared the room and have now wasted the whole day waiting for this person. Please remove this person from your site as he is totally unreliable and has not even the decency to let me know he is not coming. A total waste of time.
