  Did a brilliant job.

  We had a leak from pipes under out bath . We found Andrew on Checkatrade leaflet and he came to us withing the hour. He was able to stop the leak and came back again after 3 days in order to fix everything so it all worked. We were very impressed with him as he made it clear he would not be happy until it was completely fixed and working normally. It was a difficult job for him. We found him very friendly, explained everything ,we felt we could trust him. Also fixed our kitchen tap and we will be using him as our plumber in future. We would recommend him 100%.   Thoughtful with an elderly customer.

  Andrew has worked for us previously and when my elderly father in law needed a repair we immediately thought of Andrew. He called my father in law, explained who he was and arranged a convenient time for a visit. Once with my father in law he explained what the problem was, how to resolve it and the full cost up front. My father in law was reassured and felt confident in Andrew’s abilities. The cost was reasonable and fair. Father in law was very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to ask for Andrew’s help again.

  Friendly, informative and reliable.

  We have used Andrew Hellard Plumbing Services on many occasions, but we had a leak under the kitchen sink and on a radiator valve just at Christmas as Andrew was winding down. He arrived promptly and resolved our issues quickly and was exceptionally good value for money.

  Replaced a cracked shower tray in my en suite.

  Andy quoted a very reasonable price, he showed up when he said he would, he carried out the work in a very professional manner, he cleaned up afterwards, he was polite and respectful throughout. What more can you want. I’m keeping his number in case of any future plumbing issues.

  Highly Recommend- friendly and professional

  Andrew fitted a new cloakroom out for my parents with a new toilet, basin and radiator. My parents are elderly and he was extremely patient and kind with them, and fully explained what he was doing as he went along. He was professional, left the place tidy and provided great guidance. I highly recommend him.
